Shipping Charges

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • FREE Shipping on orders of Rs. 3,000 or above.
  • A flat shipping charge of Rs. 199 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver orders across Pakistan.

Delivery availability may vary for certain remote or restricted areas depending on courier service availability.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after they are successfully placed and confirmed.

We may contact you through the phone number or WhatsApp number provided with your order to confirm your order or delivery details.

Please make sure that your contact information and delivery address are accurate and complete to avoid delays.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery location
  • Courier availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Unforeseen operational or transportation delays
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

The estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Cash on Delivery

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

You will pay the applicable order amount to the courier when your order is delivered. Please ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in checking its delivery status.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

  • Complete delivery address
  • City and relevant location details

Cover4Home is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer. Additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply where applicable.

Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery

If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, the provided contact information is incorrect, the address is incomplete, or the customer refuses to receive the order, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

If an order is returned because of a customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.
